Prince Water Sports Rental Waiver

Prince Water Sport Rentals is not responsible in any way or form for any damages, injury, accident, illness or any other instance, which may result from use of these facilities.

 

In the event of an accident cause by the user/renter, the user/renter will be responsible for any cost that are incurred in its entirety. In the event of any accidents which result in damage to Prince Water Sport equipment the user/renter will be responsible for the first US$2,000.00 in damages. Assessments will be done immediately.

1. EVERY PERSON USING EQUIPMENT (WAVE RUNNERS) MUST WEAR A PERSONAL FLOATING DEVICE.

2. USER/RENTER MUST ENTER AND EXIT SLOWLYTHROUGH MARKED AREAS.

3. THE USER/RENTER MUST STAY IN VIEW OF THE INSTRUCTOUR AT ALL TIMES.

4. THE USER/ RENTER MUST STAY 50 YARDS AWAY FROM ALL WAVE RUNNERS, BOATS AND OTHER WATERCRAFTS IN THE AREA.

 

5. THE USER/ RENTER IS NOT PERMITTED TO RIDE THE WAVE RUNNER ONTO THE BEACH/SAND.

FAILURE TO COMPLY WITH THE ABOVE OUTLINED AND/OR VERBAL RULES WILL RESULT IN IMMEDIATE TERMINATION OF YOUR RIDE, WITHOUT REFUND.
